Boost FAQ and troubleshooting

Short answers to the questions that come up most in the Boost store, grouped by where you hit them — plus the exact message the store shows you and what to do about it. If you arrived here from an error message, search this page for its wording.

Ordering

How fast is delivery? Most services start within minutes and complete within the average time shown on each service's row. You can watch progress live in your orders, and choose drip-feed to spread delivery out at a more natural pace.

Do I need to share a password? Never. Public services only need your channel, profile or post link. Onflow Ads never asks for an account password, and payment comes from your wallet — no card entry per order.

"Please verify your email before placing an order." Open the verification email sent to your account address (you can re-send it from your account settings), then try again.

"You're $X short for this order." Your combined balance (boost credit + wallet cash) doesn't cover the total. Top up from the balance button in the dashboard header — your order stays on screen and you can place it right after.

"You just placed this exact boost — check your Orders." A protection against accidental double-submits: an identical order (same service, link, quantity) placed twice within a short window is blocked. Check the Orders page — the first one almost certainly went through. If you really meant to order it again, try once more in a moment.

"Quantity must be between X and Y for this service." Every service has its own minimum and maximum; the message shows the exact range. Adjust the quantity (or split a very large order).

"That service is temporarily unavailable." The service can't be priced or accepted right at this moment. Try again shortly or pick a comparable service.

"You already have N orders in progress…" / "That order is $X, above the per-order limit…" Each plan caps concurrent in-flight orders and the value of a single order. Wait for some orders to finish (or lower the quantity), or upgrade — the message names the plan that raises the limit.

My link keeps getting rejected. Match the format the field hints at: channel-level services want t.me/yourchannel or @yourchannel; post-level services want the post link like t.me/yourchannel/123. Links are validated again on the server, and lookalike/spoofed domains are rejected.

A coupon won't apply. The error states the exact reason — expired, not yet active, fully redeemed, already used by you, first-order-only, restricted to another platform, or below its minimum order value. Coupons are consumed only when the order succeeds.

One line of my cart/mass order failed. Lines are independent orders: the rest were placed normally, you were only charged for what succeeded, and the failed line stays in the cart with its error so you can fix and retry it.

Delivery and tracking

My order has been "Pending" for a while. Pending means a provider accepted it but delivery hasn't started. Most services start within minutes, but some take longer — check the service's average time. The page refreshes live; the order detail also has the full timeline.

What is the start count? A snapshot of your channel/post's metric taken when delivery began. Progress ("delivered") is measured from that baseline, so organic growth during delivery doesn't confuse the numbers.

The order finished but the count dropped later. If the service supports refills and you're inside the guarantee window, press Request refill on the order — see Refills. Orders with a guarantee are also re-checked automatically at day 7 and day 30, with a refill or boost-credit make-good if they regressed.

What does "Partially delivered" mean for my money? You keep (and pay for) what was delivered; the undelivered remainder is refunded automatically, pro-rata, split back into the same credit/cash pockets you paid from.

Can I get an invoice/record of my orders? Yes — the Export CSV button on the Orders page downloads your history (a paid-plan feature; column depth grows with plan). Every order also has a shareable public proof page at https://onflowads.com/boost/proof/YOUR-ORDER-ID once it settles.

Refills and cancellations

"This service doesn't include a refill." Refills exist only on services that advertise them. Check the service's tags before ordering if refill matters to you.

"The 30-day refill window for this order has closed." Refills are only honoured inside the order's guarantee window, counted from completion. Higher plans carry longer included windows (Elite 30 / Master 60 / Ultimate 90 days).

"This order can no longer be cancelled." / "This service doesn't support cancellation." Cancellation is only possible while the order is live, and only on services whose provider supports it. Settled orders (completed, partial, refunded) can't be cancelled — but partial deliveries are already refunded automatically.

Reviews

Why can't I review a service? Only verified buyers can review — you need a settled (completed or partially delivered) order for that exact service. See Verified-buyer reviews.

"Your review is in a quick standard check." Reviews pass an automatic screening for spam and abuse; a flagged one is held for a human decision before appearing publicly. Honest negative reviews are fine and are not held for being negative.

Boost credit and referrals

Where did this boost credit come from? Open the Boost credit card on the Orders page and expand View activity — every grant is itemised (deposit bonus, discount rebate, referral earnings, guarantee make-good, refunds).

Why can't I withdraw boost credit? It's promotional balance, spendable only on boosts. It's always spent before your wallet cash, and refunds return it as credit.

"A referral code can only be added before your first boost order." Referral attribution must be set before you've bought anything, and only once — the first code wins permanently. See Boost credit and referrals.

Favourites and reordering

Where did the star/favourites feature go? Favourites live in the Telegram bot: star an order from its detail screen, then find it under My Orders & History → Favourites with one-tap Reorder. See Favorites and reordering.

Reorder charged a different price than last time. Reorder re-places the order at today's live price with your current discounts — a favourite saves the recipe, not the price.

Auto-Boost

"Connect your Telegram first." Auto-Boost watches your channel through the Onflow Ads bot, so your account needs Telegram linked. Connect it from your account settings, then create the rule.

"We couldn't access that channel." The channel must be public (an @username or t.me link) — or paste its private invite link instead.

Auto-Boost stopped boosting posts. Check the rule's card: the pool may be empty (top it up or enable auto-renew), or the rule may be paused.

The API

"Invalid API key." (HTTP 401) The key is missing, mistyped, or was revoked. Keys are shown once at creation — if it's lost, mint a new one in the Developer view.

"Rate limit exceeded." (HTTP 429) You exceeded your plan's per-key requests-per-minute. Slow the polling, spread work over more keys (within your plan's key limit), or upgrade. Better still, use webhooks (Master+) instead of polling.

"The developer API is an Elite plan feature." API keys are available from the Elite plan; order webhooks from Master. See https://onflowads.com/pricing.

Still stuck? Use "Report a problem" on the affected order, or contact support at https://onflowads.com/contact.
