Pricing and discounts

Boost pricing is deliberately transparent: one pricing engine answers "what does this cost?" everywhere — the public price list, the order quote, the checkout, the Telegram bot and the API all show the same number, to the cent.

How a price is built

Every service is priced in USD per 1,000 units. Your order's price is assembled in this order:

  1. List price — the public rate × your quantity.

  2. Add-ons raise the list — Priority lane (+15%) and a paid guarantee (+8% for 30 days) are products, not fees, so your discounts apply to them too.

  3. Discounts are summed, then capped:

    • your plan's standing discount (see the ladder below),
    • your volume rate-break (earned automatically as your lifetime boost spend crosses thresholds),
    • the 10% bundle discount when 2 or more orders check out together (Lite plan and above) — see Cart, bundles and mass orders.

The total percentage applied to the price is capped at 15%.

  4. Discount overflow becomes credit. If your stacked discounts add up to more than 15%, the surplus is not lost — it is returned to you as boost credit on top of the order (capped at 3% of the order's value). The quote shows this as "Past the 15% cap → credit back". See Boost credit and referrals.

  5. A coupon, if you applied one, comes off the already-discounted subtotal.

  6. Honesty floor. The engine never sells below its own cost floor and never above the list price — the quote panel says exactly that: "never below cost · never above list — server-priced". In rare cases this floor can limit how much a coupon actually takes off; the receipt always shows the true final numbers.

  7. Rounding happens once, up, to whole cents.

The quote you see itemised in the Boost lab is the charge — the same server code computes both.

Plan discounts

Every paid plan carries a standing discount on every boost order:

PlanStanding discount
Free0%
Lite5%
Plus8%
Elite10%
Master12%
Ultimate15%

The discount applies automatically to every order — dashboard, bot, cart and API alike — and stacks with the volume break and bundle discount inside the 15% cap.

Coupons

Enter a coupon code in the Boost lab and press Apply. Coupons can be:

  • percentage or fixed-amount, sometimes with a maximum discount,
  • limited to one platform (e.g. Telegram only),
  • limited to a minimum order value,
  • limited to first orders only, to a number of total uses, or to a number of uses per account.

If a code can't be applied, the checkout tells you the exact reason (expired, not yet active, fully redeemed, already used by you, wrong platform, order too small…). A coupon is consumed only if your order actually goes through.

Volume rate-breaks

As your lifetime boost spend grows, you cross volume tiers that add an automatic percentage discount to every order. These stack with your plan discount (inside the 15% cap). The current break, when you have one, appears in the quote's discount label (for example "tier 8% + volume 6%"), and your current rung is shown in the Command center ("volume rung").

Wholesale rates

Master and Ultimate accounts with high volume can be set up with a negotiated flat rate by the Onflow Ads team. When a wholesale rate exists for your account, the checkout automatically uses it whenever it beats your regular ladder price — it can only ever make an order cheaper (the quote flags when a wholesale rate won). Contact support if you're interested in wholesale pricing.

Plan limits at a glance

Beyond the discount, your plan determines:

  • how many orders you can have in flight at once,
  • your maximum value per order,
  • access to drip-feed and scheduling (Lite+), priority delivery (Plus+), an included delivery guarantee (Elite 30 days / Master 60 / Ultimate 90),
  • CSV export (Lite+), the developer API (Elite+), order webhooks (Master+),
  • the mass-order row limit, the number of Auto-Boost slots, and the White-Label storefront (Ultimate).

The exact numbers for each plan are listed at https://onflowads.com/pricing, and any limit you hit in the store names your plan's value and the plan that raises it.

FAQ

Why is my price different from what my colleague sees? Prices are personal: plan discount, volume break and any wholesale rate differ per account. The list price is the shared baseline.

Do discounts apply to the priority and guarantee add-ons? Yes — add-ons are priced into the list before discounting, so your percentage comes off them too.

Can a coupon take the price below cost? No. The honesty floor stops any combination of discounts from selling below cost — the receipt always shows what actually applied.

Where do I see what I actually paid? On the order's detail: the charge, split into boost credit and wallet cash, plus the itemised discount. The CSV export (higher plans) carries the full money split per order.
