Verified-buyer reviews

Every service in the Boost catalogue can carry reviews — but only from people who actually bought it. That's the whole point: the star ratings on the price list are real testimony from verified buyers, not marketing copy.

Reading reviews

On the public price list

  1. Open https://onflowads.com/boost/prices (or any per-platform page).
  2. Services with reviews show a star rating with a count. Click it to open the reviews wall for that service.
  3. The wall shows the average rating, the number of verified buyers, and the most recent written notes.

Each review displays:

  • a pseudonymous author label like "Verified buyer 7F3A" — stable for that review, but revealing nothing about the person,
  • a verified mark (the review is tied to a real settled order),
  • the reviewer's plan badge (e.g. the Elite badge),
  • the star rating and the written note.

Services with no written notes yet simply say "No written reviews yet."

Everywhere else

The same aggregate rating appears on each service's own page (/boost/service/…), on the comparison page's Rating row, on catalogue cards in your Boost dashboard, and in the "Top rated" sort. It's one rating system, shown everywhere the service is.

Writing a review

Who can review

You can review a service once you have a settled order for that exact service — one that finished as Completed or Partially delivered. Anyone else is refused: "Only buyers of this service can review it."

Leaving your review

  1. Open your Orders page and find the settled order.
  2. Press the rate action on its row. The "Rate this boost" dialog opens.
  3. Pick 1 to 5 stars.
  4. Optionally write a note — up to 1,000 characters — about how the delivery actually went: speed, quality, whether the count held.
  5. Press "Submit review".

Your review appears on the public wall and the service's aggregate updates immediately (unless it's held for a check — below).

One review per service — updates included

You hold one review per service. Submitting again for the same service replaces your earlier review (new stars, new text, new timestamp) — so if a refill fixed your problem, or a later order went worse, just re-rate it.

The standards check

Every submission passes a quick automatic screening for spam and abuse:

  • Almost all reviews pass instantly and publish at once.
  • A flagged review is held — kept off the public wall and out of the average — for a human decision. You're told when this happens: "Thanks — your review is in a quick standard check and will appear once it clears."
  • Holding is a quarantine, not a deletion: a moderator releases or removes it. If you resubmit a clean version, it publishes normally.
Negative reviews are welcome

The screening looks for spam (ads, links, promo codes, gibberish) and abuse (harassment, threats) — not for negativity. A harsh one-star review of the service itself is fine and will publish.

Anonymity and integrity

  • Reviews are anonymised — readers see the pseudonym, verified mark and plan badge, never your name or account.
  • Ratings only count published reviews; held reviews can't move a service's average.
  • The average and count are recomputed from the reviews themselves, so an updated or removed review always leaves the aggregate correct.

FAQ

Why can't I find a review button on my order? The order must be settled — Completed or Partially delivered. In-flight, refunded and errored orders can't be reviewed.

I reviewed the wrong service by mistake. Submit again on the right service's order — and re-submit on the wrong one to replace that text (your one review per service is always your latest word).

Do reviews affect the price? No. They inform buyers and drive the "Top rated" sorting, nothing else.

Can the seller reply to my review? No reply mechanism exists — the wall is buyer testimony only. For problems that need action, use "Report a problem" on the order instead: it opens a support ticket. See Tracking your orders.
