Resetting Your Password
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it yourself in three short steps at https://onflowads.com/reset-password. You'll need access to the email inbox on your account.
Step 1 — Request a reset code
- Go to https://onflowads.com/reset-password (or click Forgot password? on the sign-in page).
- Enter your account's Email address.
- Click Send reset code.
You'll see: "If an account exists for that email, we've sent a 6-digit code." For your privacy and security, the page shows the same message whether or not the email is registered — so nobody can use this form to check whether an address has an account.
Step 2 — Enter the code
- Open the email from Onflow Ads and find the 6-digit reset code.
- Type it into the Reset code box on the Check your email step.
- Click Verify code.
The same code rules apply as during sign-up:
- The code is valid for 10 minutes.
- You get 5 attempts; the page tells you how many are left.
- Resend code is available with a 60-second cooldown, up to 4 resends.
- Too many wrong codes locks the flow for 6 hours for your security.
If the code expires, the page sends you back to Step 1 to request a fresh one.
Step 3 — Choose a new password
- On the Choose a new password step, enter your new password and repeat it in Confirm new password.
- Click Reset password.
Your new password must meet the same rules as at sign-up: 8-20 characters with a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number and a symbol, no spaces, not a common password, and not containing your email's name part.
On success you'll see "Your password has been reset. Please sign in with your new password." and be taken to https://onflowads.com/signin.
Resetting your password immediately signs your account out of all devices and browsers. This is deliberate: if someone else had access to your account, their session is now dead. Sign back in with the new password.
After your code is accepted you have about 15 minutes to set the new password. If the page says your reset session expired, start again from Step 1.
Troubleshooting
- No email arrived — check spam/promotions, then use Resend code. If you signed up with Telegram (or Google/Apple) and never set a password, sign in that way instead — see Signing In with Telegram.
- "Password reset by email isn't available right now" — email delivery is temporarily unavailable on our side; please contact support.
- You still know your password and just want to change it — password reset is currently the way to set a new one; run the flow above while signed out.
Next: Two-factor authentication — make a password alone never enough to get into your account.
