How billing works
Every Onflow Ads membership is a prepaid term charged from your Onflow Ads wallet. There are no cards on file, no external payment provider for plans, and no automatic renewal — you are only ever charged when you press a pay button and confirm.
This page is the rulebook. For the click-by-click flows, see Buying a plan, Renewing your membership, Upgrading your tier and Downgrading and letting a plan lapse.
Payment source: your wallet
Plans are paid from the same wallet you use everywhere else on the platform. When you confirm a purchase on the Pricing page:
- The full price of the term is deducted from your wallet balance in one charge.
- A wallet transaction is written, describing the tier and the billing period.
- Your new tier is active immediately, on both the website and the Telegram bot.
- You receive a "Premium activated" notification in-app — plus a Telegram message if your Telegram is linked, and an email.
If your balance doesn't cover the price, nothing is charged. You'll see an Insufficient wallet balance message with a Top up wallet button that takes you to your wallet page. Your selection is one tap away when you come back.
Promotional (non-withdrawable) credit in your wallet is used before withdrawable balance when you buy a membership.
The price list
| Tier | Monthly | Yearly (15% off) | Effective per month, billed yearly |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lite | $11 | $112.20 | $9.35 |
| Plus | $29 | $295.80 | $24.65 |
| Elite | $99 | $1,009.80 | $84.15 |
| Master | $349 | $3,559.80 | $296.65 |
| Ultimate (application only) | $1,200 | $12,240 | $1,020 |
Prices are in USD. Regional INR pricing for India is announced as arriving with the UPI payment rail.
Term length
| Billing period | Term |
|---|---|
| Monthly | 30 days |
| Yearly | 365 days |
Terms are fixed windows, not billing anchors: a monthly purchase buys 30 days from the moment it applies, a yearly purchase buys 365. Yearly is billed once, at a flat 15% discount off twelve monthly payments.
The period you are charged for is the one selected when the checkout window opened — changing the toggle behind an open window never changes the charge.
Nothing auto-renews
A membership simply runs out at the end of its term. When it expires, your account reads as Free again — you keep your account, your channels, your wallet balance and your history; only the tier benefits stop. To stay on a tier, renew before (or after) expiry whenever you choose.
Expiry reminders
If your Telegram account is linked, the bot messages you as expiry approaches — at 7 days, 3 days, 24 hours, 6 hours, 2 hours and 30 minutes before the date. Each reminder names your tier, how long is left and the exact expiry time, and offers two paths: renew the same tier, or upgrade to the next one (with a short list of what that would add). The buttons are Renew [tier], Upgrade to [next tier] and View All Plans. Each stage is sent at most once per term, and the whole sequence resets when you renew or change tier.
The membership card on the website also shows "Renews [date] · N days left" every time you open the page.
Renewals extend — never overwrite
Renewing the tier you already hold adds the new term on top of your remaining time. If your Plus membership has 12 days left and you renew monthly, you'll have 42 days. Renewing early never costs you a day.
The one exception: a lifetime membership (one with no expiry date, shown with a "Lifetime" pill on the membership card) cannot be renewed — there is nothing to extend, and the server will tell you so if you try.
Upgrades are immediate — and replace your current term
Buying a higher tier while a lower one is active is an upgrade override:
- The higher tier starts a fresh full term from today.
- Any remaining days on your old tier are forfeited, with no refund and no proration.
- Because that trade-off is real, the site never does it on a bare click: the checkout shows a warning stating exactly which membership is replaced and how many days are forfeited, and you must tick an "I understand" checkbox before the pay button unlocks. The server refuses an upgrade that has not been confirmed that way.
If the forfeit doesn't make sense for you yet (say, you have months left on a yearly term), simply wait — you can buy the higher tier at any time.
Downgrades are blocked mid-term
While a higher tier is active, lower paid tiers cannot be purchased. Their buttons are disabled and labelled "After [your tier] expires", and the server refuses the purchase too — you can never accidentally pay to lose benefits. Once your current membership expires, every tier becomes purchasable again.
Discounts
First-purchase discount
Your very first premium purchase — ever, on either the website or the bot — qualifies for a 10% first-purchase discount.
- It is applied automatically. There is no code to enter.
- When you qualify, the checkout shows the List price, a First-purchase discount line, and the reduced Total.
- It applies only to genuinely first-time buyers: no active paid tier, no membership expiry date already recorded on the account, and no previous premium charge in your wallet history on either surface.
- It never stacks with the legacy price lock below.
- It does not apply to renewals or upgrades.
Yearly discount
Yearly billing is always 15% off the monthly rate, for every tier, shown on the pricing page via the Monthly / Yearly toggle.
The legacy $11 Premium price lock
If you bought the retired $11/month "Premium" plan before the current ladder launched, you're grandfathered:
- Your legacy Premium counts as Plus everywhere — you get every current Plus benefit.
- As long as your membership stays active (or has lapsed less than 30 days ago), Plus renews at your legacy price: $11/month or $104/year. The lock is shown right on the pricing page — a legacy $11 price lock note in your membership summary at the top, your legacy price on the Plus card, and a Legacy price lock — Applied row in the checkout.
- Renewing Plus at the locked price keeps the lock.
- The lock is released permanently if you upgrade past Plus (to Elite or Master), or if you let the membership lapse for 30 days or more. After that, Plus renews at standard pricing.
- The lock applies to Plus only. Every other tier is full price for everyone.
- Legacy holders whose membership is still active also keep the unlimited cross-promotion campaigns they were originally sold. Once the membership expires, that ends with the rest of the paid benefits.
Lifetime memberships
Some accounts hold a membership with no expiry date — shown as a Lifetime pill on the membership card, with "Lifetime membership — never expires." These can't be renewed or extended, but they can be upgraded (the upgrade warning will note that the remaining lifetime term is forfeited).
Refunds
Membership charges are final. There is no refund, no proration and no credit for:
- an upgrade that replaces a running term,
- a term you stop using before it ends,
- or a tier bought by mistake.
The confirmation windows exist precisely so that nothing is charged without you seeing the exact amount and the exact consequence first. (Refunds on other products — wallet top-ups, marketplace disputes — are covered in their own sections of this guide.)
One membership, two surfaces
Your tier lives on your account, not on a device or an app:
- The Telegram bot reads its prices from the website's published plan catalogue, so a first-time buyer pays the same on either surface.
- Buying in one place activates everywhere — there is nothing to sync.
- Purchases made at the same time on both surfaces are processed one after the other, so you can't be double-charged into an unintended override.
Prices can change
The prices in this guide reflect the ladder at the time of writing. The authoritative prices are always the ones on the pricing page and in your checkout — the site never charges a price it didn't show you first. If you ever see a "Pricing has been updated — refresh the page" message, an old page was holding retired prices; refresh and the current ones load. You were not charged.
