Upgrading your tier

An upgrade moves you to a higher tier straight away. It is the fastest change on the ladder — everything unlocks the second the charge goes through — but it is also the one change that can cost you time you already paid for, so the checkout asks you to confirm it explicitly.

Why you'd use it​

  • You've hit a wall. A cap you keep bumping into — enrolled exchange channels, active ads, marketplace listings, monthly placements, Boost order size — clears the moment the higher tier activates.
  • The maths flipped. A lower commission, a bigger standing Boost discount or a lower withdrawal fee now saves you more per month than the price difference.
  • You need a specific feature. Genre targeting, video creatives, the developer API, Proof Certificates, webhooks, Blitz campaigns and the rest each unlock at a named rung.

The one rule to understand first​

An upgrade replaces your current membership

The higher tier starts a fresh full term from today. Any remaining days on your current tier are forfeited — no refund, no proration, no carry-over. That is exactly what the confirmation checkbox asks you to accept.

Renewals extend; upgrades replace. If you have a lot of time left on your current tier, waiting until closer to expiry usually costs less overall.

Step by step​

  1. Open onflowads.com/pricing. The membership card shows your current tier and how many days are left — the number you are about to give up.

  2. Choose Monthly or Yearly with the billing toggle. This sets the length of the new term you're buying.

  3. Click Upgrade to [tier] on the higher tier's card. Every tier above yours shows this button.

  4. Read the checkout carefully. The Confirm your purchase window shows the usual summary — Membership, Billing ("Monthly · 30 days" or "Yearly · 365 days"), Total, Wallet after — plus a warning box:

    "Upgrading replaces your current [tier] membership immediately. Your remaining N days are forfeited. No refund."

    For a lifetime membership the same box reads "Your remaining Lifetime term is forfeited."

  5. Tick the confirmation checkbox. It reads "I understand my remaining [tier] time is forfeited without a refund." The pay button stays disabled until you tick it.

  6. Click Pay [amount]. The charge is taken from your wallet in a single debit.

  7. Confirm what changed. A success window — "Welcome to [tier]!" — gives the new active-until date and confirms "Every benefit is live right now, in the bot and on the website." The membership card refreshes with the new tier, badge and expiry.

What happens the moment you upgrade​

  • Every entitlement jumps at once, on the website and in the Telegram bot: exchange caps and matching priority, Boost discount and order ceiling, marketplace commission and payout speed, cross-promotion allowances, AI quota, withdrawal fee, analytics depth, support lane and the premium interface.
  • Your term restarts. The clock is a fresh 30 or 365 days from now — not your old expiry plus a term.
  • Your old term is gone. There is no credit, no refund and no pro-rated remainder.
  • You get a "Premium activated" notification in-app, by Telegram (if linked) and by email.
  • Anything you created stays. Channels, listings, campaigns, orders and wallet balance are untouched; only the limits around them change.

Deciding whether to upgrade now or wait​

Ask two questions:

  1. How many days would I forfeit? The membership card tells you exactly. Multiply your current tier's daily cost (monthly price divided by 30, or yearly divided by 365) by those days — that is the real extra cost of upgrading today.
  2. What does the higher tier save or unlock per month? Lower commission on the volume you actually sell, a bigger Boost discount on what you actually order, a lower withdrawal fee on what you actually cash out, plus the value of the feature you're after.

If the second number comfortably beats the first, upgrade now. If not, wait until your term is nearly over and upgrade then — or simply let it expire and buy the higher tier as a plain purchase.

Upgrading twice in one term forfeits twice

Each upgrade forfeits whatever is left at that moment. If you know you'll want Master eventually, going straight there costs less than Plus, then Elite, then Master inside the same month.

Rules and limits​

  • Only tiers above your current one show an Upgrade button. Lower tiers are blocked (see Downgrading and letting a plan lapse); your own tier shows Renew.
  • An upgrade always requires the confirmation checkbox. The site never processes one on a bare click, and the server refuses an unconfirmed upgrade even if the request reaches it another way.
  • Ultimate can never be upgraded into. It is application-only — see Applying for Ultimate.
  • Lifetime memberships can be upgraded, and the warning notes that the remaining lifetime term is forfeited.
  • The first-purchase discount does not apply to an upgrade — you already hold a paid tier, so the discount's condition (no active paid tier, no previous premium purchase) is not met.
  • The billing period is locked in when the checkout opens.
Upgrading releases the legacy price lock

If you're a grandfathered legacy $11 Premium account, upgrading past Plus (to Elite or Master) permanently ends your $11/month lock. Future Plus purchases are at standard pricing. See How billing works.

Edge cases​

Your wallet is short​

The checkout shows Wallet after in red and offers Top up wallet instead of the pay button; nothing is charged and your current tier is untouched. If the balance changes between opening the window and paying, you get the Insufficient wallet balance window instead — again, nothing is charged and nothing is forfeited.

You closed the window before paying​

Nothing happened. An upgrade only takes effect on a completed charge; opening and cancelling the checkout costs nothing.

You upgraded and immediately regretted it​

Purchases are final — there is no refund and no rollback. You keep the higher tier for its full new term. Plan the timing before you tick the box.

You tried to upgrade from another surface​

If an upgrade request arrives without the explicit confirmation, the server replies with the forfeit message — "Upgrading to [tier] replaces your current [tier] membership immediately. Remaining time is forfeited — no refund." — and waits for a confirmed retry. Nothing is charged in the meantime.

Two purchases at once​

Concurrent purchases are serialised, so a second request is judged against the state the first one wrote. You cannot be charged twice for the same upgrade.

Frequently asked​

Is there any proration or credit for my unused days?​

No. Upgrading forfeits them entirely — that is what the checkbox confirms.

Can I upgrade for just a few days to use one feature?​

An upgrade always buys a full term (30 or 365 days). There are no partial terms.

Does upgrading change my renewal date?​

Yes — completely. The new tier's term starts today and runs a full 30 or 365 days.

Can I upgrade from Free?​

If you hold no paid tier, buying any tier is simply a purchase, not an upgrade — no forfeit, no checkbox. See Buying a plan.

Will my channels, listings or campaigns be affected?​

No. Nothing you created is touched. Only your limits, fees, priority and available features change.
