Policies & Trust
Onflow Ads is a marketplace: real money and real audiences change hands between people who have often never met. This section explains the rules that make that safe — the legal policies you agree to when you use the platform, and the trust systems that run in the background to protect both sides of every deal.
Who it is for
Everyone. Whether you are a channel owner selling placements, an advertiser buying them, or a creator swapping cross-promotions, the same policies and the same trust systems apply to your account.

The full legal documents
The pages in this guide are plain-language summaries written to help you understand the policies quickly. They are not the policies themselves. The complete, binding documents live on the main site:
- Terms and Conditions — onflowads.com/terms
- Privacy Policy — onflowads.com/privacy
- Refunds & Cancellations Policy — onflowads.com/refunds
If anything in this guide ever appears to conflict with the full legal pages, the legal pages control. Each one shows a "Last updated" date at the top so you can tell when it last changed.
The one idea behind all of it
Onflow Ads runs on a simple principle: good-faith users should never be worse off for a problem that wasn't their fault, and bad-faith users should find abuse expensive.
That shows up everywhere in this section:
- Every account carries one reliability score (0 to 10) that follows it across the website and the Telegram bot. It rises on clean deals and falls only on confirmed misconduct — never on platform failures.
- Every change to your score is written to a ledger you can read, and every penalty on it can be appealed to a human reviewer.
- While a fraud concern is investigated, the accused account shows as Under Review — so an unresolved accusation can't be used against anyone, and an account under investigation can't keep starting new deals.
- If a review finds you were not at fault, your score is restored exactly — to the cent — as if the penalty never happened.
- Automated systems can pause money and apply published penalties. Only people resolve disputes.
That one score is the number every product reads before it lets you trade:

Your reliability score and the floors each marketplace requires. Your reliability score explains every event that moves it.

In this section
The three legal summaries come first, then the trust systems that decide what your account can do, then the protections and the two things you can actively do about a problem.
Terms and Conditions (summary)
A plain-language summary of the Terms and Conditions — your account, acceptable use, campaigns, payments, content ownership, liability and how the agreement ends.
Privacy Policy (summary)
A plain-language summary of the Privacy Policy — what data is collected, why, who it is shared with, where it goes, how long it is kept, and how to exercise your data rights.
Refund Policy (summary)
How cancellations and refunds work for wallet top-ups, Boost orders and paid placements — with the exact steps for requesting a refund and cancelling a booking.
Your reliability score
The single 0-to-10 trust score every account carries — what moves it up and down, what it unlocks or locks, how to read your ledger, and the three ways to recover a drop.
Account standing
Every state your account can be in — good standing, Under Review, below a reliability floor, suspended, banned or locked out — what each one blocks and exactly how each one ends.
Appeals and fraud concerns
Step by step, how to contest a reliability penalty on your own record and how to raise a fraud concern when a paid placement went wrong — with the buttons, windows and outcomes for each.
Trust and safety
How a paid placement is protected end to end — escrow, good-faith deposits, delivery proof, cancellation and moderation — and where each part of the trust system is documented.
Fraud and bot protection
What the automated protections do that you can see — the delivery monitor, the cross-promotion anti-cheat monitor, payment verification, anti-abuse rules, rate limits and automated-access blocking.
