The one hard rule

Credits and money buy capacity, precision, priority and speed — never placements that break the rules. No purchase bypasses a host's content level ceiling, weekly limit, review setting or refusal; no purchase lifts the absolute ceiling of 24 placements per cycle; and the reliability rules bite paid placements exactly as hard as free ones.
