Choosing the right support channel

Every route below reaches the same Onflow Ads team, and every one of them replies by email. They differ in speed, in how much they do for you, and in whether you need to be signed in. This page is the short version; each flow has its own page with the full walkthrough.

What to expect

  • When the widget says the team is online: usually a reply within a few minutes.
  • When it says offline, or you used the form or email: the published expectation on the contact page is usually within one business day.
  • Always by email. Human replies are never shown in the widget — it only tells you a reply exists. See Ticket statuses and threads.
Whatever route you choose, include these

What you were doing, the page you were on, what you expected, what actually happened, the exact error text, and any reference you have — an order reference, an invoice number starting OFA-, a withdrawal reference starting WD-, a channel username, or a support reference starting of_. Files can't be attached anywhere, so paste text rather than screenshots.

Where each one lives

The contact page also links the official Telegram bot at https://t.me/OnflowAdsBot. The bot runs product features — it is not a support desk.

Still not sure?

Use the Get help widget. It will either answer you instantly or put your message in front of the right person, and it's the only route that shows you whether anyone is at the desk right now. If you can't see it, use the contact form.

Next: before you write in, spend ten seconds on The system status page.
