Adding Funds
Topping up your wallet takes a couple of minutes. You pick a payment method, type the amount you want added to your wallet, review the exact total, confirm, and pay on a secure checkout.
This page covers what is true for every top-up. The exact steps differ by method, and each method has its own detailed page:
- Top Up with UPI or Card — UPI, cards and netbanking, billed in Indian Rupees.
- Top Up with Cryptocurrency — USDT, BTC and other coins, billed in US Dollars.
Two pages cover what a top-up costs and what it can earn you: Deposit Fees and Your Plan and Deposit Bonuses.
Top-up pricing on Onflow Ads is additive. If you enter ₹5,000, your wallet is credited the full ₹5,000-worth of USD, and the platform fee is stacked on top of that in the total you pay. Nothing is skimmed off your credit, and nothing extra is added at the checkout — the Total to pay shown on the page is exactly what you are charged.
Step 1 — open the Add funds tab
- Sign in and open https://onflowads.com/telegram/dashboard/wallet.
- The Add funds tab is selected by default. (You can also click the Add funds button in the balance panel, or use the Wallet tab at https://onflowads.com/account.)
- The card is headed Add funds, with the line "Pick a payment method, then choose how much to add." and a Secure checkout · PDF receipt emailed badge.
Step 2 — choose a payment method
The methods appear as selectable cards under Payment method. A method only appears while it is enabled on the platform.
| Card title | Card subtitle | Billed in | Amount you can add per top-up | Processed by |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| UPI / Card | "UPI, cards & netbanking" | Indian Rupees (INR) | ₹1,000.00 to ₹25,000.00 | Razorpay, as a secure overlay on the page |
| Cryptocurrency | "USDT, BTC & more" | US Dollars (USD) | $20.00 to $5,000.00 | OxaPay, on a hosted checkout page |
Selecting a card reveals the amount panel underneath it and switches the whole form — currency symbol, quick amounts, limits and the pay button label — to that method.
If the Add funds area stays empty, no top-up method is currently live on the platform. Top-ups are temporarily unavailable; check back later or contact support@onflowads.com.
Step 3 — enter the amount you want added
- Type into the Amount field, or tap one of the quick amount chips.
- The hint under the field always states the rules for the selected method, in the form: "Min ₹1,000.00 · Max ₹25,000.00 credited · 9% fee (min ₹200.00) added on top". The percentage in that hint is your plan's rate, so it is lower if you hold a paid tier.
- The limits apply to the amount credited — the number you type — not to the total you pay. The total will land above the maximum by the amount of the fee, and that is correct.
- If a deposit bonus is running on the selected method, its ladder appears here too, and the rung your amount has reached is highlighted as you type. See Deposit Bonuses.
Step 4 — read the breakdown
As soon as you type a valid amount, a live breakdown box appears:
| Row | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Adding to wallet | The amount you asked to add. |
| Platform fee | The platform commission, added on top. The row names the percentage your plan pays. |
| Payment processing fee | A pass-through payment-processing charge. This row is only shown when such a fee applies to your payment; when it is zero it is hidden. |
| Deposit bonus | Extra credit earned by the size of your deposit. Only shown when your amount qualifies. |
| Total to pay | Exactly what the checkout will collect. |
| Credited to wallet | The USD value that lands in your balance, including any bonus. |
Beneath the rows is a plain-language note confirming the same thing, for example: "You are credited the full $100.00. Fees are added on top — $109.00 is exactly what you will be charged, with nothing added at checkout."
How the fee is calculated
- The platform fee is a percentage of the amount you are adding, and that percentage is set by your plan — Free pays the most, the top two rungs the least. The current rates, the effect of upgrading, and worked examples are in Deposit Fees and Your Plan.
- Whatever your rate, the fee is subject to a per-method minimum: ₹200.00 on the UPI rail and $2.00 on the crypto rail.
- On a small top-up the minimum can bind, so the fee works out as more than your plan's percentage in effective terms. Your invoice states the honest effective percentage, with your plan's own rate named underneath it.
- The figures shown in the breakdown come from the platform's own pricing, and the server recalculates the identical numbers before charging anything — so the preview can never disagree with what is collected.
- Your rate and any bonus are frozen onto the order when the payment is created, so nothing that changes while you are at the checkout can reprice a payment already in flight.
If you leave the page open for a long time and the page falls out of date, starting a payment returns "Please refresh the page and try again." This is a deliberate safety net: it prevents you being quoted one total and charged another. Refresh and start the top-up again.
Step 5 — confirm your age, then pay
Every top-up raises a Confirm before you pay dialog before any payment is started:
- Lead text: "Before continuing to the payment page, please confirm the following."
- A checkbox: "I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, or that I have reached the age at which I am legally allowed to make real payments online to merchants in my jurisdiction."
- Buttons: Cancel and Continue to payment. Continue to payment stays disabled until the box is ticked.
This confirmation is required on every top-up and cannot be skipped. Pressing Escape or clicking outside the dialog cancels it, and nothing is charged.
From here the flow differs by method — follow Top Up with UPI or Card or Top Up with Cryptocurrency.
What happens after a successful top-up
- Your wallet is credited the full amount you entered, in USD. On the UPI rail the conversion uses the exchange rate locked when you started the payment.
- The page shows: "Payment successful — your wallet has been topped up. A receipt is on its way to your email." Your balance and the Activity list refresh immediately.
- The credit appears in Activity as a green credit with the reason "Wallet top-up".
- A branded receipt email with a PDF invoice is sent to your account email — see Invoices and Receipts.
- A notification is recorded in your notification centre, and sent to Telegram if you have the bot connected.
- If the amount qualified for a deposit bonus, that extra credit is granted in the same moment as the deposit and appears in Activity as its own credit reading Deposit bonus — see Deposit Bonuses. A qualifying deposit may also grant bonus Boost Credits, which land in the separate Boost Credits pocket.
- The top-up counts toward your lifetime funding, which earns a standing member rate on Paid-Promotions purchases.
Funds you add can be spent on any paid service on the platform, but they cannot be cashed back out through a withdrawal — only Paid-Promotions earnings can. If you change your mind shortly after a top-up and have not spent any of it, see Requesting a Top-up Refund.
If a payment does not complete
| What you see | What it means |
|---|---|
| "Checkout closed before payment. You have not been charged." | You dismissed the payment overlay. Nothing was collected. |
| "That payment didn't go through. You have not been charged." | The attempt failed at the payment provider, or the order expired. Nothing was credited or collected. |
| "Payment received — we're still confirming it. Your balance will update shortly." | The money is in but the provider has not finalised confirmation yet. It resolves on its own. |
| "You left the checkout before it finished…" | You used the browser Back button. If you had already paid it will still credit; if not, you have not been charged. |
| "Confirming your payment…" | You have just returned from a checkout and we are checking the outcome with the provider. |
Every one of these, plus error messages, is covered in Payment Troubleshooting.
Rules that apply to every top-up
- You must be signed in. Top-ups are always tied to your account; there is no guest top-up.
- Age confirmation is mandatory on every attempt.
- Limits are per top-up, not per day. To add more than a method's maximum, make more than one top-up.
- Payments are confirmed twice over. The provider notifies our servers directly, and your return to the wallet page triggers a second check. The two converge on a single credit, so a payment can never be credited twice or lost between them.
- Top-ups keep settling during maintenance. Even if part of the site is temporarily down for maintenance, a payment already in flight is still confirmed and credited.
- Wallet actions are rate-limited for safety. If you start a great many top-ups in a short period you may see "Too many attempts. Please wait a minute and try again."
FAQ
Which method should I choose? If you are paying from an Indian bank account, UPI or card is the simplest. If you hold crypto, or you are outside India, the cryptocurrency rail avoids currency conversion entirely because it bills in USD.
Can I top up an exact amount like $47.50? Yes, as long as it is inside the method's limits. The quick-amount chips are shortcuts, not the only choices.
Is the fee taken out of what I receive? No. You always receive the full amount you typed; the fee is added on top of what you pay.
Why is my fee percentage different from someone else's? Because the deposit fee follows the plan on your account. See Deposit Fees and Your Plan.
Will my card statement match the total shown? Yes. The Total paid on your invoice is the figure your bank, card or crypto statement should show, to the cent.
Can someone else top up my wallet? The payment can be made from any payment instrument, but the top-up credits the account that is signed in and started it.
