Deposit Fees and Your Plan

Every top-up carries a platform fee. Two things about it are worth understanding before you add money, because together they decide what a deposit actually costs you:

  1. The fee is added on top of the amount you choose. You are always credited the full amount you typed.
  2. The percentage is set by the plan you hold. Free pays the most, the top two rungs pay the least, and upgrading lowers it for every deposit you make afterwards.

Fees are added on top, never taken out

Top-up pricing on Onflow Ads is additive. The number you type into the Amount field is the amount that reaches your wallet, in full. The fee is stacked on top of it, and the checkout collects the sum of the two.

That is the opposite of how many platforms work. There is no version of a top-up here where you ask for 100 and receive 92.

A worked example

Say you are on the Plus plan and you top up $100 on the crypto rail, at the current Plus rate of 6%:

Line on the pageAmount
Adding to wallet$100.00
Platform fee (6%)$6.00
Total to pay$106.00
Credited to wallet$100.00

You are charged $106.00. Your balance goes up by $100.00. Nothing is skimmed off the deposit, and nothing extra is added at the checkout — the Total to pay line is exactly what the payment provider collects.

The same example on Free, at the current Free rate of 9%, would be a $9.00 fee and a $109.00 total, still crediting $100.00.

The limits apply to the credit, not the total

The per-top-up minimum and maximum bound the amount credited — the number you type. Because the fee is added on top, the total you pay for a maximum-sized top-up lands above the maximum. That is correct and expected.

The two fees on a top-up

FeeWhat it isHow it is worked out
Platform feeThe Onflow Ads commission on the deposit.A percentage of the amount you are adding, set by your plan, subject to a per-method minimum.
Payment processing feeA pass-through charge from the payment rail, when one applies.A percentage of the deposit plus the platform fee. It is currently zero on both rails, so the row is hidden.

Both are shown as their own line in the breakdown before you pay, and both appear on your PDF invoice. See Invoices and Receipts.

The minimum fee

Each payment method carries a floor under the platform fee:

  • UPI / Card: ₹200.00 minimum
  • Cryptocurrency: $2.00 minimum

On a small top-up the floor can bind. A $20 deposit on Free would be 9% of $20, or $1.80 — below the $2.00 floor, so the fee charged is $2.00 and the effective rate works out at 10%.

Your invoice always names the effective percentage in the fee row, with your plan's own rate printed underneath it whenever the two differ, so the number you read is the honest one rather than the flattering one.

The plan fee ladder

The deposit fee percentage comes from the plan on your account. These are the current rates, and the rate that applies to you is shown on the payment page every time you top up:

PlanDeposit fee, current rate
Free9%
Lite 🔹7.5%
Plus 🔸6%
Elite 💠5%
Master 👑4%
Ultimate4%
These rates can change

The ladder above is the current configuration, not a fixed contractual schedule. Onflow Ads can adjust any rung. Whatever the rates are on the day you pay, the percentage that applies to you is shown in the breakdown before you confirm, and printed on your invoice afterwards — treat those two as the authority, not this table.

How your plan is read

  • Your rate follows the plan your account holds right now, resolved the same way every other paid feature reads it.
  • An expired membership reads as Free, so the Free rate applies again once a term ends.
  • Referral Premium (🌟) is an earned look, not a rung on the ladder. It pays the Free rate.
  • If you are signed out, the page previews the Free rate. It never previews a discount your account has not got, so the figure can only ever move down once you sign in.

What upgrading actually saves

Because the fee is a straight percentage of what you deposit, the saving scales with how much you fund:

You deposit, per monthFee on Free (9%)Fee on Plus (6%)Difference
$500$45.00$30.00$15.00
$2,000$180.00$120.00$60.00
$5,000$450.00$300.00$150.00

Upgrading takes effect immediately, so the very next top-up after an upgrade is priced at the new rung. Deposit fees are only one of the things a plan changes — the marketplace commission and the withdrawal fee move on the same ladder. The full side-by-side ladder is published at onflowads.com/pricing, and the Plans and Premium Tiers section of this guide covers each rung in detail.

Where you see your rate

  • On the payment page. The hint under the Amount field states your percentage and the method's minimum fee, and the live breakdown names it again on the Platform fee row.
  • In the confirmation. The Total to pay line is the exact figure the checkout will collect.
  • On your invoice. The fee row carries the effective percentage, with your plan rate named beneath it when the minimum fee has pushed the effective rate higher.

Your rate is locked when you start the payment

The percentage is frozen onto your order the moment the payment is created, and the server prices the charge from that frozen figure rather than from live configuration. A rate change, a plan purchase, or a membership expiring while you are on the checkout cannot reprice a payment already in flight.

If you leave the page open long enough to go out of date, starting a payment returns "Please refresh the page and try again." rather than quoting you one total and charging another.

FAQ

Is the fee taken out of what I receive? No. You are credited the full amount you typed. The fee is added on top of what you pay.

Why is my effective fee higher than my plan rate? The per-method minimum fee has bound — see The minimum fee above. It only happens on small top-ups.

I just upgraded. Do I need to do anything for the new rate? No. Reload the wallet page and the new percentage is already in the breakdown.

Does a bigger deposit get a lower percentage? The percentage itself is set by your plan, not by the size of the deposit. Larger deposits are rewarded through Deposit Bonuses instead.

Do both payment methods charge the same percentage? Yes. Your plan rate applies on both rails; only the minimum fee differs, because each rail bills in its own currency.

Will my bank statement match the total shown? Yes, to the cent. The Total paid on your invoice is the figure your bank, card or crypto statement should show.
