Top Up with Cryptocurrency
The Cryptocurrency method lets you add money to your Onflow Ads wallet by sending crypto — USDT, BTC and other coins — to a hosted checkout. It is billed directly in US Dollars, so there is no currency conversion on our side at all.
Why you would use this
- You hold crypto and would rather pay with it than with a card.
- You are outside India, where the UPI and card rail is not available to you.
- You want the amount you pay and the amount you are credited to be in the same currency, with no exchange-rate step.
If you are paying from an Indian bank account, see Top Up with UPI or Card instead.
At a glance
| Card title on the page | Cryptocurrency — "USDT, BTC & more" |
| Billed in | US Dollars (USD) |
| Minimum you can add | $20.00 |
| Maximum you can add | $5,000.00 |
| Platform fee | Your plan's percentage of the amount added — 9% on Free, lower on every paid tier — minimum $2.00, added on top |
| Quick amounts | $20 · $50 · $100 · $500 · $1,000 |
| Pay button | Pay with Crypto |
| Processed by | OxaPay, on a hosted checkout page |
| Currency conversion | None — you are billed in USD and credited in USD |
The minimum and maximum apply to the amount credited — the number you type — not to the total you pay. The invoice total will land above the maximum by the amount of the fee, and that is correct.
Step by step
- Sign in and open https://onflowads.com/telegram/dashboard/wallet. The Add funds tab opens by default.
- Under Payment method, select the Cryptocurrency card. The amount panel appears, the currency symbol becomes $, and the field label becomes Amount (USD).
- Enter the amount you want added, in dollars — type it into Amount (USD) or tap a quick-amount chip. The hint under the field reads: "Min $20.00 · Max $5,000.00 credited · 9% fee (min $2.00) added on top". The percentage is the one your plan pays — see Deposit Fees and Your Plan.
- Review the breakdown:
- Adding to wallet — your dollar amount.
- Platform fee — your plan's percentage, added on top.
- Deposit bonus — extra credit, shown only when your amount reaches a bonus rung. The crypto rail is where the strongest bonuses usually sit. See Deposit Bonuses.
- Payment processing fee — only shown if one applies.
- Total to pay — the invoice total.
- Credited to wallet — the same dollar amount you typed, because there is no conversion.
- A note reading, for example: "You are credited the full $100.00. Fees are added on top — $109.00 is exactly what you will be charged, with nothing added at checkout."
- If your display currency is set to Indian Rupees, an extra line shows the approximate rupee value of the total at today's rate, so you know roughly what you are spending in your own currency. That line is informational only — the invoice is in USD.
- Click Pay with Crypto. If the amount is outside the limits the button stays disabled and the page shows "Enter between $20.00 and $5,000.00 to add."
- In the Confirm before you pay dialog, tick the age confirmation checkbox, then click Continue to payment.
- The page shows "Creating your crypto invoice…", then "Redirecting you to the secure crypto checkout…", and you are taken to the hosted checkout.
- On the hosted checkout, choose the coin and network you want to pay with. You are shown an address (and usually a QR code) and the exact amount to send. Send the payment from your wallet or exchange.
- When you return to Onflow Ads, the wallet page shows "Confirming your payment…" while the outcome is checked, then "Payment successful — your wallet has been topped up. A receipt is on its way to your email." once your transaction is confirmed on the network.
A crypto invoice is only credited once the full amount is confirmed on the network. Underpaid invoices are not credited. This most often happens when your sending wallet or exchange deducts its own network fee from the amount you entered — so enter an amount that leaves the full invoice total arriving. Always send exactly what the checkout asks for.
A crypto invoice is valid for a limited window (currently 60 minutes) from the moment it is created. If you do not pay within that window the invoice expires, the top-up is dropped, and nothing is charged. Simply start a new top-up.
Which coins and networks can I use?
The hosted checkout presents the coins and networks it currently supports — USDT, BTC and others. Pick the pair you actually hold, and always send on the same network the checkout shows you. Sending on a different network, or sending a different coin to an address, can lose the funds permanently and cannot be reversed by us or by the processor.
What happens after you pay
- Once the network confirms your transaction in full, your wallet is credited the exact dollar amount you entered.
- Activity gains a green credit with the reason "Wallet top-up".
- A branded receipt email with a PDF invoice attached is sent to your account email — see Invoices and Receipts.
- A notification is recorded in your notification centre.
- If your amount reached a deposit bonus rung, the bonus credit is granted in the same moment as the deposit — see Deposit Bonuses. A qualifying deposit may also grant bonus Boost Credits.
- The credited money is spendable but not withdrawable — see Your Balance and Transaction History.
Confirmation time depends on the coin and network you chose, not on Onflow Ads. Some settle in under a minute; others take longer.
Outcomes and what they mean
| Message on the page | What happened | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| "Payment successful — your wallet has been topped up. A receipt is on its way to your email." | Paid in full, confirmed, and credited. | Nothing. |
| "Payment received — we're still confirming it. Your balance will update shortly." | You completed the checkout but the network confirmation has not finalised. | Wait, then reload the wallet page. |
| "You left the checkout before it finished. If you've already sent the payment it will credit once the network confirms it — otherwise you have not been charged." | You used the browser Back button instead of finishing at the checkout. | If you sent the payment, wait for it to confirm. If not, start again. |
| "That payment didn't go through. You have not been charged." | The invoice failed or expired without a full payment. | Start a new top-up. |
| "Confirming your payment…" | We are checking the outcome with the processor. | Wait for it to resolve. |
The wallet page never guesses. When you come back it asks our servers what actually happened to your order, so you are told the truth either way: if you had already sent the payment it credits once the network confirms it, and if you had not, you were not charged.
Errors you might see
| Message | Why | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| "Enter between $20.00 and $5,000.00 to add to your wallet." | Your amount is outside the limits for the amount credited. | Enter an amount inside the range. |
| "Enter a valid amount." | The amount could not be read as a number. | Re-type the amount using digits only. |
| "Please sign in to continue." | Your session expired. | Sign in again and restart the top-up. |
| "Please confirm you meet the minimum legal age to pay online before continuing." | The age confirmation was not given. | Tick the box in Confirm before you pay. |
| "Please refresh the page and try again." | The page had gone out of date. | Refresh and start again. |
| "Crypto top-up isn't available right now." | The crypto rail is not currently live on the platform. | Try UPI or card, or check back later. |
| "Couldn't start the payment: …" / "Couldn't start the payment right now. Please try again." | The invoice could not be created at the processor. | Retry in a moment; if it persists, contact support. |
| "Network error — please try again." | Your connection dropped mid-request. | Check your connection and retry. |
| "Too many attempts. Please wait a minute and try again." | Wallet actions are rate-limited for safety. | Wait a short while, then retry. |
Edge cases
I sent less than the invoice amount. Underpaid invoices are not credited. Contact support@onflowads.com with your order reference and the transaction hash so it can be looked into.
I sent slightly more than the invoice amount. A small overpayment — for example rounding, or padding added by your wallet — is tolerated and the invoice settles normally. You are credited the amount you asked for, not the overage.
I paid after the invoice expired. Contact support with your order reference and transaction hash. Do not assume it will credit automatically.
I sent on the wrong network, or sent the wrong coin. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed. Contact support with the details straight away; recovery may not be possible.
I closed the tab right after sending. Your payment still credits. The processor notifies our servers independently of your browser, so closing the tab cannot lose a confirmed payment.
Can I get crypto back out again? Only through a top-up refund request, only within 12 hours, and only if none of it has been spent — and a crypto refund is paid to a fresh USDT BEP-20 (BSC) address you supply, net of fees. See Requesting a Top-up Refund.
FAQ
Is there an exchange-rate risk? Not on our side. The invoice is denominated in USD and your wallet is credited in USD. The processor handles converting whichever coin you send.
Does the processor add its own fee to my invoice? No. The invoice is created for exactly the total shown on the wallet page.
Why is the fee more than my plan's percentage on a small top-up? Because of the $2.00 minimum fee. Your invoice shows the effective percentage, with your plan's own rate named beneath it, so the number you see is the honest one.
How long until my balance updates? As soon as the network confirms your transaction in full. That is usually minutes, but it depends entirely on the coin and network you chose.
Where is my invoice? Emailed automatically, with a PDF attached, the moment the credit lands. See Invoices and Receipts.
