Withdrawing Your Earnings
If you earn money on Onflow Ads as a channel owner through Paid Promotions, you can withdraw those earnings from your wallet to an external destination.
Why you would use this
- You have run paid placements for advertisers and want the money out of the platform.
- You want to move earnings to Telegram Stars, an Indian bank account via UPI, or a USDT wallet.
If your balance is money you added yourself, this flow is not for you — topped-up funds are spendable but not withdrawable. See Refunds for the only route back out for a top-up.
What can be withdrawn
Only your Withdrawable balance — the Paid-Promotions earnings shown in the stat tile at the top of the wallet page — can be cashed out.
Not withdrawable, in any amount:
- money you topped up yourself,
- service refunds credited back to your wallet,
- promotional, bonus or goodwill credit,
- Boost Credits, which are a separate pocket that never converts to cash.
The withdrawal form shows your live Withdrawable figure at the top, and that is your ceiling.
Payout methods
| Method | Option label in the dropdown | Destination you enter | Placeholder shown |
|---|---|---|---|
| Telegram Stars | "Telegram Stars (your @username)" | Your Telegram username | Your Telegram @username |
| UPI | "UPI ID (name@bank)" | Your UPI ID | name@bank |
| USDT | "USDT BEP-20 (wallet address)" | Your USDT wallet address on the BSC (BEP-20) network | USDT BEP-20 wallet address |
The Destination placeholder changes as soon as you pick a method, so you always know what to type. The destination can be up to 200 characters.
Minimum, fees and monthly allowance
- Minimum withdrawal: $5.00 per request.
- A service fee is deducted from the amount you request; you receive the net.
- The fee is only ever charged on a withdrawal that is actually paid. A rejected request returns the full gross, including the fee, and does not use up a monthly request.
- Withdrawals are available on every plan. Your plan only changes the fee and how many requests you may make per calendar month.
| Plan | Withdrawal fee | Requests per calendar month |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 15% | 1 |
| Lite | 12% | 3 |
| Plus | 10% | 6 |
| Elite | 8% | 12 |
| Master | 6% | 30 |
| Ultimate | 5% | Unlimited |
See Comparing the Tiers for the full plan comparison.
The "You receive … after fees" line updates live as you type, and it uses your plan's actual fee, read from the server — not an estimate. (It used to apply a flat 10%, which was right for exactly one plan of six; that is fixed.) The wallet page names the rate beside the figure, so you can see which percentage produced it. The exact net is confirmed again the moment you submit — for example "Withdrawal requested (ref: WD-…). Net: $45.00." — and the My withdrawals list shows the same net against your request.
The withdrawal fee for each plan is set by us and can be changed. The live product always shows the rate in force, and it is the rate quoted on your request that governs it: a change never re-prices a withdrawal already in the queue. The table above is accurate as published; if it ever disagrees with the figure in your wallet, the wallet is right.
How the monthly allowance works:
- The count runs over the current calendar month and resets at the start of the next one.
- Requests that end up rejected, refunded or refund_failed do not count against your allowance.
- If you hit your limit, your balance stays fully spendable on the platform in the meantime, and upgrading your plan raises the allowance immediately.
Step by step: requesting a withdrawal
- Sign in and open https://onflowads.com/telegram/dashboard/wallet, then the Withdraw tab — or click the Withdraw button in the balance panel, or go straight to
https://onflowads.com/telegram/dashboard/wallet?tab=withdraw. - The card is headed Request a withdrawal, with the line "Withdrawable: $0.00 · Minimum $5.00 · standard platform fee applies. Only Paid-Promotions earnings can be withdrawn."
- Check the Withdrawable figure — that is the most you can request right now.
- Choose your Withdrawal method from the dropdown.
- Enter your Destination. Copy it from the source (your Telegram profile, your UPI app, or your crypto wallet) rather than typing it by hand.
- Enter the Amount (USD) — at least $5.00.
- Check the "You receive … after fees" preview.
- Click Request Withdrawal.
- A confirmation appears: "Withdrawal requested (ref: WD-…). Net: $0.00." The form clears and both the balance and the My withdrawals list refresh.
Keep the WD- reference. It identifies your request in My withdrawals and with support.
Payouts go exactly where you tell us. A wrong UPI ID, an incorrect username, or a mistyped crypto address can send your money somewhere unrecoverable — crypto transfers in particular cannot be reversed. Verify the destination before you submit.
What happens after you submit
- The gross amount is held immediately. It leaves your available balance the moment the request is accepted, and appears in Activity as a debit with the reason "Withdrawal hold WD-…". This is why your balance drops before the money arrives.
- The request enters the payout queue with the status pending and is reviewed by our team.
- On approval, the net amount is paid to your destination and the status moves through approved to paid.
- If the request is rejected, the held gross amount is returned to your wallet — you will see a credit in Activity with the reason "Withdrawal refund WD-…" and the status becomes refunded.
Withdrawal statuses
Your requests appear in the My withdrawals rail with a coloured status pill:
| Status | Colour | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| pending | Amber | Submitted and awaiting review. The gross amount is on hold. |
| approved | Green | Approved for payout; the transfer is being arranged. |
| paid | Green | The payout has been sent to your destination. |
| rejected | Grey | The request was declined. The held amount goes back to your wallet. |
| refunded | Green | The held amount has been returned to your wallet. |
| refund_failed | Red | Returning the hold hit a problem. Contact support with your WD- reference. |
Each row also shows the method, the destination you entered, the request date, the gross amount as a debit, and the net figure. The list shows your 25 most recent requests.

Edge cases
My balance dropped but I have not been paid yet. That is the hold. The gross amount leaves your available balance the moment the request is accepted, so it cannot be spent while the payout is being arranged. It comes back if the request is rejected.
I withdrew the wrong amount.
Requests cannot be edited or cancelled from the wallet page. Contact support@onflowads.com with the WD- reference as soon as possible.
I entered the wrong destination.
Contact support immediately with the WD- reference. Once a payout has been sent — especially a crypto payout — it cannot be reversed.
Can I withdraw to a currency other than USD? Requests are made and quoted in USD. The receiving service (your bank, UPI provider or exchange) converts at its own rate on the day.
Why is my Withdrawable figure zero when I have a balance? Because your balance is money you added, refunds credited back, or promotional credit — none of which are withdrawable. Only Paid-Promotions earnings are.
Can I withdraw Boost Credits? No. Boost Credits are promotional and can only be spent on Boost orders — see Boost Credit and Referrals.
FAQ
How long does a payout take? Requests are reviewed by our team and paid after approval. Once sent, arrival time depends on the method — Telegram Stars and USDT are typically quick, while a UPI transfer depends on your bank.
Does a rejected request use up my monthly allowance? No. Rejected, refunded and refund_failed requests are not counted.
Can I make several requests in one month? Yes, up to your plan's allowance. Each request must be at least $5.00.
Where can I see how I earned this money? In Activity, look for credits with reasons like "Paid promotion payout: channel". For the full earnings picture, see Getting Paid.
Is there a maximum withdrawal? There is no fixed per-request maximum beyond your Withdrawable balance and your plan's monthly request count.
