Who can take part. Any public Telegram channel with @OnflowAdsBot added as an administrator. To start or join a swap your account needs a reliability score of at least 5 out of 10, and everyone starts at 8.0. Cross-promotion works the same for both roles, Advertiser and Channel owner, so it needs no particular role.
