It never applies to marketplace fees (Paid Promotions, Syndicate licences, Pulse host fees) or to any payout to a channel owner, and it is never added to a coupon: the better of the two applies. Spending Onflow Credit is free on every plan, and a plan never changes an Onflow Verified score or an Onflow Brand Safety Shield verdict.

How do I pay for a plan?
Every plan is charged from your Onflow wallet balance — the same wallet you already use across the platform. Top up once, then buy or renew any tier instantly, right here on this page when you’re signed in. No cards on file, no external subscriptions.
What does a paid promotion cost on top of the channel’s price?
The same on every plan. The marketplace fee is 9% on each side of a booking: the advertiser pays the channel owner’s price plus 9%, and the owner receives their price minus 9%. It is not a plan benefit and no plan changes it. A veteran rate of 7% is earned, never bought: a channel owner earns it once a single channel has completed 100 paid promotions cleanly, an advertiser once they have completed 100 ad placements cleanly, and a reliability penalty restarts the count. Slot auctions are simpler still: the bidder pays exactly the winning bid, and the owner receives it minus the 11% auction fee.
Do links outside Telegram cost extra?
Only on a post that has them, and the same on every plan. A post that links outside Telegram (Instagram, TikTok, any website) costs a flat $1: one fee for the whole post, however many such links it has. Telegram links never count. The fee is charged when you book or submit the post. A Paid Promotions checkout pays it once, however many channels it books, and each run of a repeating booking is a new booking. In a cross-promotion, each side’s post pays it once, and a recurring swap charges a new round only if you have agreed to it. A Subscriber Exchange ad pays it once, and an ad that waits for a place pays when it starts. An auction bid holds the fee and takes it only if the bid wins. If the post never runs, the fee comes back automatically (a Paid Promotions refund returns as balance you can spend but not withdraw, like every Paid Promotions refund). Once the post has run anywhere, the fee is kept. Editing a post you have already paid the fee for costs nothing more, and taking its links out before it runs does not bring the fee back. No plan discount, promo code or bundle price reduces it.
Does my plan change what it costs to add money?
Yes. Every wallet top-up carries a small deposit fee that falls as your tier rises — 9% on Free, 7.5% on Lite, 6% on Plus, 5% on Elite, and 4% on Master and Ultimate (the platform floor). It’s added on top of the amount you choose, so you’re always credited the full amount you type, and the exact figure is shown in the breakdown at checkout before you pay.
What happens when I renew?
Renewals extend. The new term is added on top of whatever time you already have, so renewing early never wastes a day.
Can I upgrade mid-term?
Yes — upgrades take effect immediately. Your new tier replaces the current one on the spot, and any remaining time on the old tier is forfeited with no refund, no credit and no pro-rata adjustment. We show you exactly what you’re giving up and ask you to confirm before the switch. Our advice: unless you need the higher tier now, wait until your current membership expires and upgrade then — that way you keep every day you have already paid for. Renewals are different: they stack on top of your remaining time, so renewing early never wastes a day.
Can I downgrade?
Not mid-term. Lower tiers become purchasable after your current membership expires — until then your higher tier keeps every benefit you paid for.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly plans are billed once for 365 days at 15% off the monthly rate — Plus, for example, works out to $24.65/mo billed yearly ($295.80). Monthly plans run 30 days per term.
