Onflow Credit · Built into Onflow · The same on every plan

Credit that pays for Onflow's own services

Onflow Credit, built into Onflow, is credit on your account that members earn from referrals, rewards, make-goods and top-up bonuses. It pays first, before your wallet, for audit reports, scans and Onflow's own part of Syndicate licences, Pulse polls and Brand Lift studies. It has no cash value and can't be withdrawn or transferred.

How it works

Earned on your account, spent on Onflow's services

  1. You

    You earn it

    A referral commission, a Cross-Promotion clean-run reward, a Subscriber Exchange make-good, a top-up bonus or a grant from Onflow Ads.

  2. Onflow

    It becomes spendable

Credit earned from a top-up waits until that top-up can no longer be refunded. The quote shows it as pending until then.

  3. Checkout

    It pays first

At the quote, Onflow Credit covers Onflow's own part of the price first; your wallet pays the rest and anything owed to another member.

  4. Refunds

    It comes back as credit

If a purchase is refunded, the part paid with Onflow Credit returns as Onflow Credit, never as money you can withdraw.

No cash value

It is not part of your wallet balance and buys only the services on this page.

Can't be withdrawn

There is no way to turn Onflow Credit into cash, and an early release of a payout releases cash only.

Can't be transferred

It stays on the account that earned it. Deleting the account gives it up.

Where it can be spent

Onflow's own part of five services

Onflow Credit pays only what Onflow itself charges. A host's fee or a source owner's share is paid on to another member, so it always comes from your wallet: if the wallet can't cover that part, the purchase is refused before anything is charged, and the message says how much to top up.

Right now: Onflow Credit can be spent on Onflow Verified audit reports, Syndicate licences, Pulse polls, Brand Lift studies and Brand Safety scans. It has no cash value and can't be withdrawn or transferred.

What it doesn't pay for. A plan, a Paid Promotions booking or any other product: those are paid from your wallet balance. Reports and scans your plan includes cost nothing and use no Onflow Credit. If one of the five services is paused for a while, it reads No above and leaves the list on your wallet page until it is back.

Both sides

What each role can spend it on

Every account has one role, chosen once after you connect the bot. Onflow Credit pays for the services your role uses.

For advertisers

  • Onflow Verified audit reports and Brand Safety scans beyond your plan
  • The platform fee on Pulse polls and Test before you buy
  • The study fee and platform fee of a Brand Lift study
  • The Syndicate fee on a paid licence

For channel owners

  • The Syndicate fee when you license another channel's post
  • Your channels' Onflow Verified scores, brand-safe status and hosting Pulse polls are free, so they need no credit
  • What you earn as a host or a licensed source is paid as normal earnings, never as credit

Spending Onflow Credit is free on every plan. Your plan's discount comes off the price first, and Onflow Credit then pays what is left of Onflow's part. A plan never changes what Onflow Credit is or where it can be spent. See the plans.

Common questions

Can I withdraw Onflow Credit or move it to another account?

No. Onflow Credit has no cash value, can't be withdrawn and can't be transferred. It stays on the account that earned it and pays only for the services listed on this page.

Why can't Onflow Credit pay a host's fee?

Because that money is paid on to another member as earnings they can withdraw. Onflow Credit pays only Onflow's own part of a purchase, so host fees on Pulse polls and Brand Lift studies and the source owner's share of a Syndicate licence come from your wallet balance.

Why does part of my Onflow Credit say pending?

Credit that comes from a top-up (a top-up bonus or a referral commission) waits until that top-up can no longer be refunded. The quote shows it as pending and doesn't use it until then.

What happens to Onflow Credit when a purchase is refunded?

Each part goes back where it came from. The part paid with Onflow Credit returns as Onflow Credit, never as money you can withdraw, and the part paid from your wallet returns to your wallet.

Does my plan change how Onflow Credit works?

No. Onflow Credit works the same on every plan. Your plan's discount on Onflow's own services comes off the price first, and some ways of earning credit depend on the plan, but a plan never changes what the credit is or where it can be spent.

Does Onflow Credit expire?

Not through time alone. A grant expires only on a date stated when it is given, as the Terms set out. Credit is taken back if the thing that earned it is undone, such as a refunded top-up, or if it was granted in error, never below zero, and it is given up if the account is deleted.
