Delivery
The share of booked placements delivered in full: posted, kept up for the whole window, not edited, and pinned where a pin was sold.
Onflow Verified, built into Onflow, scores a Telegram channel only on the placements it actually ran through Onflow Ads: were they kept up for their full window, did readers respond, how far did they reach next to the channel's own posts. No follower counts, no reactions, no guesswork.

Nobody fills in a form for Onflow Verified. The score is built from what happened in campaigns booked and paid through Onflow Ads.
An advertiser books a post in Paid Promotions or the Subscriber Exchange, and the money waits in escrow.
Was it posted, kept up for its full window, left unedited and pinned where a pin was sold? How did readers respond, and how far did it reach?
Delivery, response and reach delivered, each capped at its weight, recent placements counting more. Too little evidence reads New.
The badge shows on the channel page and in the catalogue. The owner sees what would raise it; an advertiser can buy a full audit report.
The score runs from 0 to 100. Each part can add at most its own weight, so no single part can carry a channel. Recent placements count more than old ones, and only placements from the last 180 days are used.
The share of booked placements delivered in full: posted, kept up for the whole window, not edited, and pinned where a pin was sold.
How readers answered the ads, in joins through the ad's own link or counted taps, compared with channels of a similar size. A placement is never compared with itself.
Views an ad reached compared with the channel's own posts of the same age. Reaching more than the channel's own posts counts as fully delivered: more reach is never a minus.
Every score carries a confidence (low, medium or high) from how much evidence stands behind it and how many different advertisers it came from. A channel that carries a Telegram restriction label shows no number at all.
A score appears once a channel has at least 5 completed placements (delivered or not) from 3 different advertisers. Until then it reads Onflow Verified · New with how far along it is. New is not a bad mark: it means there is not enough evidence yet.
The badge always shows its words as well as its number, and each part lists the evidence behind it, so nobody has to read meaning into a colour.
Every account has one role, chosen once after you connect the bot. A channel owner sees the scores of their channels; an advertiser reads the badge on every channel and audits the ones on a shortlist.
Free on every plan.
The badge is free; audit reports are included with some plans.
A report is $9 each. Some plans include a few every month; beyond those, the price applies, less your plan's discount. A report is paid from Onflow Credit first, then the wallet, and the quote shows the split. If a report cannot be made, it is refunded automatically, to the same place it was paid from.
| Plan | Reports included each month | Off reports beyond the plan |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 0 | 0% |
| Lite | 0 | 3% |
| Plus | 2 | 6% |
| Elite | 5 | 10% |
| Master | 15 | 14% |
| Ultimate | Unlimited | 18% |
The plan discount comes off the report price only, and it is never added to a coupon: the better of the two applies. A plan never changes a channel's score.
The score itself is free. Every channel page shows the badge and its parts to anyone. A report is the full record for one channel, kept for you and downloadable as a PDF. See the plans for everything else each one includes.

No. It says how the channel's paid and exchange placements went: whether they were posted and stayed up for their full window, how readers responded compared with the same ad elsewhere, and how far they reached compared with the channel's own posts. It does not inspect subscribers and makes no claim about who they are.
A score needs enough evidence to mean something. Until a channel has enough completed placements from enough different advertisers, it reads Onflow Verified · New, with how many placements it has so far. New is not a bad mark.
No. High reach is never counted against a channel. Response is compared with channels of a similar size, and reach above the channel's own posts counts as fully delivered.
No. The score and the badge are free for everyone, and no plan changes a score, its confidence or where a channel ranks. Plans include audit reports and take a discount off reports beyond those, nothing more.
Your channel page lists exactly what is pulling the score down, with a fix for each part. If you think the evidence itself is wrong, you can appeal from the same page and a person reviews it.
The channel's score or state, each part with its evidence counts, the confidence, how the score moved over time and the formula version it was computed with, as a page and a PDF. Reports can be paid from Onflow Credit, the wallet, or both.
An account with the Advertiser role. Plus and the plans above it include reports every month, as the table on this page shows; beyond those, each report costs the listed price, less your plan's discount on Onflow's own services.
