Is there really a free plan for Telegram?
Yes. The Free plan costs nothing for as long as you keep it, and includes cross-promotion swaps with partner matching and auto-posting, the subscriber exchange, marketplace access with escrow checkout, and hosting paid Pulse polls and Syndicate licences in your channel. You only move to a paid plan when you want lower fees, higher limits or more monthly cash-outs — no card required to start. On every plan, Free included, a post that links outside Telegram costs a flat $1; Telegram links never cost anything.
What's the difference between cross-promotion and paid placements?
Cross-promotion lets you swap ad slots with a partner Telegram channel. You trade reach instead of paying for it, so a swap costs nothing unless your post links outside Telegram. Paid placements let you buy slots across the network with a budget you control, and sell your own channel's slots to earn. Both are open on every plan, and the marketplace fee is the same on every plan; higher rungs raise your limits and lower your wallet fees.
What does a paid promotion cost on top of the channel’s price?
The same on every plan. The marketplace fee is 9% on each side of a booking: the advertiser pays the channel owner’s price plus 9%, and the owner receives their price minus 9%. It is not a plan benefit and no plan changes it. A veteran rate of 7% is earned, never bought: a channel owner earns it once a single channel has completed 100 paid promotions cleanly, an advertiser once they have completed 100 ad placements cleanly, and a reliability penalty restarts the count. Slot auctions are simpler still: the bidder pays exactly the winning bid, and the owner receives it minus the 11% auction fee.
Do links outside Telegram cost extra?
Only on a post that has them, and the same on every plan. A post that links outside Telegram (Instagram, TikTok, any website) costs a flat $1: one fee for the whole post, however many such links it has. Telegram links never count. The fee is charged when you book or submit the post. A Paid Promotions checkout pays it once, however many channels it books, and each run of a repeating booking is a new booking. In a cross-promotion, each side’s post pays it once, and a recurring swap charges a new round only if you have agreed to it. A Subscriber Exchange ad pays it once, and an ad that waits for a place pays when it starts. An auction bid holds the fee and takes it only if the bid wins. If the post never runs, the fee comes back automatically (a Paid Promotions refund returns as balance you can spend but not withdraw, like every Paid Promotions refund). Once the post has run anywhere, the fee is kept. Editing a post you have already paid the fee for costs nothing more, and taking its links out before it runs does not bring the fee back. No plan discount, promo code or bundle price reduces it.

How does yearly billing save 15%?
The yearly price is the monthly rate times twelve, minus a flat 15% — Plus, for example, is $295.80 per year, which works out to $24.65 per month. Toggle "Yearly" at the top of the page to see the effective monthly cost for every plan.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Plans are prepaid terms — 30 days monthly, 365 days yearly — charged from your wallet, so there's nothing to cancel. Renewing the same plan extends your current term. Upgrading takes effect immediately and replaces your current membership — remaining days are forfeited, with no refund — while lower tiers can be purchased once your current plan expires. Your channels and history are never deleted.
How are payments processed?
Everything runs on your Onflow wallet, which you top up and spend on the website. One balance covers memberships and placements. A booking's payment waits in escrow until 7 days after the ad's run ends, on every plan, and the channel owner has 24 hours to accept before it is refunded automatically. You can top up in rupees by UPI, card or netbanking, or in crypto billed in US dollars; either way the exact total is shown before you pay, and every top-up is confirmed with a receipt and a PDF invoice by email.
