Do I need an account to book a placement?
Yes. Booking a placement, bidding in an auction and listing a channel all need an Onflow Ads account, and creating one is free. This page shows which channels and auctions are open. A channel's subscribers, views and engagement are shown once you are signed in.
How is my payment protected?
For a paid booking, the payment leaves your wallet at checkout and moves into escrow, where the channel owner cannot touch it. It is released to the channel owner when you confirm the post or the owner's payout hold ends: the full run on the Free plan, sooner on paid plans.
What happens if the owner does not run my ad?
A booking the owner declines, or leaves unanswered past the accept window, is refunded in full to your Onflow Ads wallet as platform credit: spendable anywhere on Onflow Ads, though not withdrawable as cash. The Refund Policy has the full rules.
How do auctions work?
A channel owner puts one specific slot up for auction, with an opening bid and a closing time. A bidder pays exactly the amount they bid, with nothing added on top, and the winning bid becomes an ordinary booking with the same escrow. A bid placed in the closing minutes can push the closing time out.
How do I list my channel?
Create an account, choose the channel owner side in Paid Promotions and add your channel with the placements you sell and a price for each. The listing appears on the marketplace once it has passed our checks.
Can one account both buy and sell placements?
Not in Paid Promotions: an account chooses one side, advertiser or channel owner, and that choice is permanent. Cross-Promotion and the Subscriber Exchange run in both directions on one account.
